A Sweet Idea Blossoms

The idea for The Baby General Store started years ago. The girls were just 8 and 5 years old. They noticed how many brand-new clothes they had been gifted but never wore. So, they had a simple (and sweet) idea — to sell the clothes! This way, they could always have money for candy. 🍬

Their father, a graphic design guru, was inspired by their creativity. He helped bring their vision to life. He designed the website, built the brand, and guided them as they learned the ropes of running a real business. What began as a small family idea quickly grew into a company with a big mission: to make stylish, comfortable, and affordable kids’ clothes accessible to everyone.

“We started The Baby General Store because we wanted to help families like ours,” said Anasia, age 11. “Kids grow so fast — clothes shouldn’t cost too much!”
