Orders normally take 1-2 business days for processing and all orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses so please always provide a physical address for shipping.
Items may be returned 7 days upon delivery after first contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the product in a damaged, or unsatisfactory condition. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
For quality used items please contact us within 24hours upon delivery. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase was received we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
The BabyStuff Store quality checks all products before they are shipped to the customer . For a return to be qualified for a refund, the merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and be free of makeup, stains, deodorant or wear and must be sent back in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We do not accept returns for swimwear, or intimate apparel.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are rejected, the merchandise will be sent back to you.
When shipping merchandise, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For exchanged merchandise a paid return postage label will be provided. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
